Fee Waiver for NDL Expires December 31st, 2006

At the time of our dialup outage in May 2006, we provided customers with alternative, local dialup numbers. These numbers are part of our national dialup number (NDL) service, which is included free with all Pro dialup accounts, but, for which we charge additional fees to users of all other account types.

Since the outage in May we have been suspending all charges related to NDL access numbers, however, beginning on December 31st, 2006 we will begin charging customers to access NDL numbers. If you're dialing into us from within Massachusetts and wish to avoid NDL charges, we ask that you switch back to the Cape.Com local access number for their area.

Please be sure to make this switch soon to avoid any additional service charges.
