Cape.Com and tmp.worldwide Provide Web-Based HR Solutions For Kaiser Permanente

In part of a team effort with tmp.worldwide, Stirling Bridge Group LLC, Icarian, Inc. and Monster.Com, Cape.Com helped healthcare organization Kaiser Permanente move to a more unified job application response management system.

Internet-based systems provided by Cape.Com are providing a single web-based extranet applicant administration tool which handles incoming resumes and applications from various systems, including Monster.Com (a division of tmp.worldwide) and www.kp.org, while Kaiser is able to continue the process of transitioning all of their national offices to a single workforce management solution provided by Icarian.

While that transition is in place, Kaiser and the Response Management team at tmp.worldwide are able to integrate all of the applicant data into both their new system and their various older systems using a combination of XML and SQL tools built by Cape.Com based on specifications provided by the Icarian Workforce team.

This project is the latest in a growing list of highly-customized, unique web-based solutions provided by Cape.Com to its customers and development partners both here in New England and across the globe.
