Checking Time Used Online
To check how much time spent on-line during the current billing period:
- Go to On-Line Accounting, and login with your Cape.Com user name and password.
- At the top of this screen, you can see the total connect time for the current billing period, and the date of your billing period.
What about more detailed questions about individual connections, or previous months?
- Go to On-Line Accounting, and login with your Cape.Com user name and password.
- Click on View Accounting Logfile.
- Select Show Me The:
- Account Summary to see the total connect time for a month
- Account Details to see all connections and all charges
- 800 Calls to see any connections made to our 800 dial-in number
- Simultaneous Logins to see how much time you have had more than one connection to Cape.Com going at the same time.
- Select For This Month, or, up to six months previously.
- Click Show Me The Data!
