FrontPage is a web authoring tool developed by Microsoft that enables users with limited knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, PERL, PHP, etc., to publish and maintain web pages. Cape.Com's web servers are enabled with FrontPage Server Extensions, which allow users to publish and maintain FrontPage websites.

Publishing Info

To publish your FrontPage website, be sure you are connecting to the correct Cape.Com server. Your publish address should look something like the following:
- http://www.vmX.cape.com/~your-username or
- http://www.your-domain.com/your-username
Remember, your username and password are case-sensitive.

Important

While our systems support FrontPage and FrontPage Server Extensions, Cape.Com technical support is limited to the following:

verifying that your site is FrontPage enabled
verifying that your username/password is functioning
