Bounced Email Messages
If a message could not be delivered, it should "bounce" back to the sender. Read this "bounced" message carefully; it will explain the reason why it could not be delivered. If you are still unsure, forward this message to support@cape.com. The most common reasons for mail not being sent properly is that:
The correct syntax for an email address is the person's user name followed by the "at" sign (@) followed by a domain name. An email address should never have spaces in it.
