The Managed Dedicated Hosting plan is designed for companies with multiple or high-traffic websites, and/or critical web applications. Managed Dedicated Hosting is a very cost-effective solution, and even more so as you host more sites and applications on your server. It also offers greater security, more control over technical features, and guaranteed access to 100% of your server's storage space and processing power. Pricing plans are available according to bandwidth required. The Managed Dedicated Hosting plan includes:

• Hosting of all client domains on a single, dedicated webserver (3.06G Pentium, 1GB memory, dual 160GB SATA drives) housed in Cape.Com's climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to add as many ftp/web sites, virtual domains and web applications as you like at no additional cost. (Domain registration fees are extra.)
• Committed Information Rates (CIR) from 256K to 40Mbs and beyond.
• Access to On-line Accounting - gives you the ability to set up new ftp/web sites, users, passwords, and domain email aliases.
• Weblogs (traffic reports) for each domain.
• Name service for each domain.
• 24/7 system monitoring.
• Mirrored hard disk drive with incremental nightly backup and full weekly backup.
• Passive fail-over solution - Cape.Com will mirror your server on a separate passive or stand-by server. If your primary server fails, your traffic will be redirected to the passive server, providing a very minimal interruption of service.

Technical support under the Managed Dedicated Hosting plan is the responsibility of the main account user. Meaning, Cape.Com will provide technical support to you, the owner of the account for which we provide the dedicated server, but not to the individual site owners (your customers) should this apply to your business.
