Broadband Voice Call Features
A number of FREE convenient calling features are available to Broadband Voice users who have their service permanently established using a VoIP Phone Adapter. Please note that the following features are only available with this VoIP hardware. These call features are not available when using the Voice Card only. We are currently shipping the Linksys PAP2 - a Phone Adapter with 2 Ports for Voice-over-IP. The Linksys Phone Adapter enables high-quality feature-rich telephone service through your DSL Internet connection. Just plug it into your home Router or Gateway and use the two standard telephone jacks to connect your existing phones or fax machines. Each phone jack operates independently, with separate phone service and phone numbers -- like having two phone lines. With Cape.Com's Broadband Voice, you'll get clear telephone reception and reliable fax connections, even while using the Internet at the same time for normal data operations.
