Broadband Voice Voicemail and Call Features Instructions
VoicemailLogging in to Voicemail:1) From your Broadband Voice enabled telephone, dial 6245 "MAIL" to enter the voicemail system.2) Enter your Broadband Voice telephone number at the prompt. 3) Enter the default password, 12345, at the prompt. You're now logged in to voicemail. Changing Your Password:1) Login to voicemail, see "Logging in to Voicemail" section above.2) Press 0 for Mailbox options. 3) Press 5 to change your password. Call Features*69: Call Return. Calls the number of the last caller.*56: Call Waiting *57: Disable Call Waiting *72: Call Forward. Forward all calls to the number specified. *73: Disable Call Forward *78: Do Not Disturb *79: Disable Do Not Disturb *90: Call Forward Busy. When phone is busy, forward all calls to the number specified. *91: Disable Call Forward Busy *92: Call Forward No Answer. Forward no-answer calls to the number specified. *93: Disable Call Forward No Answer Additional, advanced IP address and network settings can be set using your phone's web interface. Calls to Broadband Voice Telephone NumbersShould you choose to number port your telephone number into our Broadband Voice network, calls to this ported number from other users of Cape.Com's Broadband Voice service are FREE. Simply dial the 10 digit, ported telephone number from any Cape.Com Broadband Voice enabled phone, or, via your Broadband Voice calling card.
