DSL-Metro is a great way to upgrade from a dialup connection and enjoy the high-speeds of DSL but not the high price! DSL-Metro offers a speed of 768/128 at the low monthly fee of $29. This monthly fee includes all line charges (except voice services), taxes and Internet access fees related to your DSL service. In addition to DSL service, the DSL-Metro plan includes an email account and technical support via phone or email for Internet or DSL connection-related problems. Any other internet-related services are additional.

How Does DSL-Metro Differ from the DSL-Workstation Plan?

Our DSL-Workstation is designed more for a business environment with speeds up to 3.0 M, and includes a private static IP, 150 hours/month of backup dialup access, and a 10 MB Basic FTP/Website for publishing your own web pages -- at a monthly cost of $49. DSL-Metro offers a speed of 768/128, and does not include free backup dialup access or personal web space. It is designed for home use only and includes one email account at a low monthly rate of $29.

To be eligible for the free loaner modem, new DSL service must be an upgrade from a lesser connection service, and be billed to an existing Cape.Com account in good standing. If DSL service is terminated within one year of provisioning, a $60 early termination fee applies. Whenever the user terminates service, the free loaner modem must be returned in good working condition. If the modem is found not to be in good working condition, an additional $105 (plus tax) fee will be assessed.
