We are getting reports that customers using Comcast are having issues reaching our network. We advise to contact Comcast technical support about this issue.
On Saturday, June 4th, customers may have received an e-mail claiming to be from MegaNet/Cape.com. This e-mail requested information such as a username, password, date of birth, and country where you reside. Please be advised that this message was a phishing scam and was not from MegaNet/Cape.com.
